Terms of Service

Meroni Swing (the "Service") is an online platform for the swing dance community, offering features such as event listings, lesson registration, team and organization management, and social dance schedules.

These Terms apply to all users ("Members") of the Service. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Service is available only to individuals aged 14 or older. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Providing false information may result in restriction of access.

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials (email, password).
• Do not share your account or use another person's account without authorization.
• Comply with applicable laws and these Terms.

The following activities are prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination:

• Registering false information or impersonating others
• Harassment, defamation, or bullying of other Members
• Posting unauthorized advertisements or spam
• Interfering with the normal operation of the Service
• Collecting or using personal information of others without consent
• Any activity that violates applicable laws

The Service provides a platform for listing and registering for lessons and events. The quality, safety, and content of lessons and events are the responsibility of the respective organizers or instructors.

All physical activities, including swing dancing, carry a risk of injury. Members should consider their own health and fitness before participating. The Service is not liable for injuries resulting from participation.

Payments for lesson registrations are governed by the respective organizer's policies. Refund conditions and procedures follow each lesson's refund policy. The Service acts only as an intermediary platform.

Under the Korean Electronic Commerce Act, cancellation requests may be made within 7 days. After a lesson has started, refunds may be prorated based on the remaining period. Please refer to the separate Refund Policy page for details.

As a platform, the Service is not directly liable for transactions or disputes between Members or between Members and third parties. The Service does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information, and limits its liability to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The Service is not responsible for service interruptions caused by force majeure, including natural disasters or system failures.

The Service may suspend or terminate a Member's account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of these Terms
• Conduct that harms other Members
• Violation of applicable laws

Members may request account deletion at any time, subject to a 7-day grace period.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be resolved by the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.

The Service may modify these Terms as necessary. Changes will be announced through the Service. If changes are unfavorable to Members, notice will be given at least 7 days before the effective date.

For material changes that significantly affect your rights, we will seek your explicit consent through a separate agreement process. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you may discontinue use and delete your account.
